1. IT Support Analyst

Job Role 

• As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and all employees experiencing technical issues. 
• You will provide both remote and on-site technical support, troubleshoot IT problems, and manage the deployment and maintenance of hardware and software systems. 
• You will also collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients by resolving IT-related issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and server-related issues both remotely and on-site.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment for clients.
• Manage ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify system improvements and provide feedback on service delivery.
• Provide user training and create documentation for frequently asked technical questions.
• Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and assist in the implementation of cybersecurity measures.
• Assist in the setup of cloud infrastructure and remote work environments for clients as needed.
• Develop and maintain all company’s Wordpress websites and design mobile-first aesthetic landing pages.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support roles, ideally in an IT consulting environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience with Windows/Linux/MacOS operating systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Role
