Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that fleet operations comply with all local
and state regulations.
- Use a data management system to schedule and
organize fleet activities.
- Oversee vehicle documentation renewals through
fleet management software.
- Conduct vehicle inspections pre- and post-repairs
to maintain standards.
- Manage fleet downtime, with a target of reducing it
to under 48 hours per month.
- Distribute fleet accessories and documentation to
designated companies.
- Track vendor response times to ensure efficient
service.
- Analyze fleet data and user feedback to anticipate
future requirements.
- Collate maintenance estimates and compile
documentation reports.
- Oversee car park administration.
- Conduct assessments for accidents/incidents and
compile reports for claims.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Candidate Job Requirements
- One (1) year of experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of vehicle operating systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving
abilities.
- Resourceful and skilled in interpersonal
communication.
- Ability to quickly adapt to various environments
and situations.
- Works well with minimal supervision, with strong
time-management skills.
- Creative approach to logistics and fleet management
challenges.
