About the Program 

Lafarge Africa Plc invites applicants who meet the requirements to participate in an eighteen 918) month multi-skilled vocational training program in the following technical fields:

• Maintenance process: For example, Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation and Computerization/Welding and Manufacture Innovation.
• Production, Process, and Quality in Cement Manufacturing

The program is intended to prepare and outfit effective competitors with abilities and demeanor to be independently employed/employable in the professional regions recorded previously.

It is a non-residential, 18-month technical intensive training program in which successful candidates will receive a token allowance to offset out-of-pocket expenses, rigorous hands-on sessions, and tuition-free lectures.
